INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Important Legalese: All international orders (excluding Canada) are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. eBeautyInc does not cover these additional charges, and the charges can be significant, so check with your local Customs office before you order. For all Canadian orders, eBeautyInc.com collects the charges for duties and taxes. There are no additional taxes or duties to be paid by Canadian customers to receive the delivery.

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES

Some hair and beauty products (like aerosol hair sprays) contain materials that the US Department of Transportation (DOT) classified as “Hazardous Materials”. Products containing hazardous materials must ship Ground transport, which means we cannot provide Express shipping… sorry!

How will you know if your order includes Hazardous Materials? We’ll display a note that says “this item must be shipped via Ground transportation” right above the “Add to Cart” button.

If your order contains both HAZMAT items and non-HAZMAT products and you select Express shipping, the items may ship separately.

Tracking Information

To find out where your package is go to “My Account” and review your Order History. If your order says “In Progress”, we’re packing it up. If it says “Shipped”, we’ve handed it off to a shipping carrier and you can view any available tracking information on the shipper’s site. We’ll send that info to you in an email too.

If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
