    GET IT!
    54yrs young here..this needs 10 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve never used anything so hydrating in a toner! I won’t go back to anything else! A little goes a long ways and I don’t use my hands to apply it as it is a toner. I use a cotton pad to apply to help remove anything left behind after washing my face. Let’s face it, ha see what I did there, even when washing there still will be left behind make up or dirt. I used it before I went to bed. I needed help with some uneven skin around my cheeks, redness & acne I woke up and my cheeks already saw improvement! I wished I had taken before photos! I have a daytime and nighttime routine and I don’t believe I need this for daytime use, it is very hydrating I woke up and couldn’t believe how soft & hydrating my face looked & felt. I use other moisturizing products and will have to try their other products. For the price point you can’t beat it!

    I’m a big toner fan. For most my life, I had oily skin but the last three yrs have been filled with pregnancy and wacky hormone levels that have changed me from an oily girl to a super dry girl so I’ve had to switch up everything I was using, desperate for products that are moisturizing enough for my thirsty skin. It’s been frustrating in all honesty, confusing new territory and the last product I needed to finish off my skincare routine was a toner. I purchased this during the spring sale, it arrived today (extremely quick shipping) and I honestly have never been so impressed by a toner. From packaging to performance, it’s just the perfect product. It feels just… beautiful on my thirst trap of skin. I don’t quite know how else to explain it. Most products just instantly get sucked in without offering even a smidge of moisture but this was so satisfying to apply; I didn’t need to apply it more than once and bam, instant hydration. I used my hands and a little goes a long way! I poured about a nickel sized amount in my palm and it covered my face, neck, and chest. I’m looking forward to using this again and again and will definitely be stocking up if it goes back on sale but totally willing to purchase at full price.

    I have heard such good things about Korean skin care in general. I was also aware of this brand’s viral cushion foundation. Even though I didn’t like the TirTir foundation, I decided to give this toner a try and I am so glad I did.This is my first time using any of the new milky toners. I considered a few others before buying this one. I picked this one based on reviews by women with mature skin. I had read that it was super hydrating and dewy but I did not expect it to look so good on my skin! Not only does it look great, but it feels so plump and hydrated.I am not an every day makeup person so I haven’t tried it under makeup yet but I can tell it is going to give great skin prep.Great product. Great price.

    Soothing, long lasting moisturizer
    I’ve always had oily skin, never been concerned about dry skin but the older I get the dryer my skin. This product gives me so much moisture after I wash my face and it last for hours. Also, I really like that it has rice water, so soothing. This is my second purchase and I will definitely buy it again.

    This is a lovely, deeply moisturizing toner. Does not make skin sticky, does not break me out. Preps skin beautifully for other skincare or makeup. Have not used it long enough to see a total improvement in my skin hence one less star to be fair but so far, so great!

    Love this product. It’s a affordable addition to my skincare routine.I have more mature skin that was starting to look dull and dehydrated.I found this product and I layer it and apply it after my Vitamin C serum.The product is Milky but not heavy or oily and helps provide lasting hydration throughout the day.My skin feels and looks so much more toned, and hydrated, and has a natural glow.Would highly recommended.

    Love this.
    I decided to try this because I love the other rice toner by another brand. This one is so moisturizing. I love it. But I would get the light version next time. This one feels heavier. But would be great for extra dry skin. I will use it since it’s still winter here. But the light one would be better for my combination skin type.

    Best Milk Toner.
    I’ve tried numerous milk toner and this one has given me the best results. Smooth and hydrated skin. When I use it at night I wake up with smooth and hydrated skin. When I use it in the morning, my make up applies on amazing. I also like that it’s in a glass bottle. I have nothing bad to say about this product. (For reference: I have sensitive acne prone skin.)
